城镇化与城乡规划范式——既有理论、中国实践和讨论
Urbanization and Urban and Rural Planning Paradigms: Existing Theories, Chinese Practices and Discussions

摘要: 通过梳理回顾、反思西方城镇化、城乡规划的有影响力的既有文献，获得一新框架审视了相关中国实践。发现有关文献能为中国实践引入新的关注点和工作思路；同时，中国实践也正在超越西方经验，创造着新范式。更多既有文献和中国实践的比照和对话，将为中国乃至世界城镇化和城乡规划带来新范式。这些新范式将有助于中国和世界更好地实现城镇化和城乡规划的目标和任务。
Abstract: This article obtains a new framework by summarizing influential existing literature, reviewing and criticizing urbanization and urban and rural planning in developed countries. This framework enables a re-examinationof China’s related practices. It finds that the literature can generate new areas of concern and guidelines for China’s related practices; it shows that some Chinese practices have transcended those in the developed world and are in the process of producing new paradigms. Thus more comparisons and dialogues between the influential literature and related Chinese practices would bring about new paradigms for China and even the world. The new paradigms would help China and the world better achieve or complete the goals and missions of urbanization and urban and rural planning.
