关于道路用地集约化规划设计的探讨

Study on the Intensive Planning and Design of Traffic Land Use and Urban Road Space

摘要: 为促进上海高效集约利用土地,分析和总结了目前道路规划设计中存在的4个方面的问题:路网规划尺度偏大,道路宽度有待优化,规划红线不够精细,道路设计不尽合理。在总结国内外有关城市的经验基础上,提出了要实现道路用地集约化,一方面需要转变规划导向,充分认识道路的功能,改进道路分类方法,转变路网规划模式;另一方面需要创新道路规划设计方法,包括加强规划设计和工程设计间的衔接、加强城市道路空间设计、优化道路断面和交叉口设计等具体措施。

Abstract: In order to promote land intensification of Shanghai, the paper analyses the planning and design of road and summarizes four problems: large road network pattern, excessive road width, unconscionable planning and design of the red line and urban road space. Based on the successful case of domestic and overseas cities, the paper proposes that two measures should be executived to realize the traffic land use intensification. On one hand, planning guidance including perspectives of function, classification of road and road network pattern should be changed. On the other hand, the government should bring forth new ideas in planning and design of urban road space, such as strengthening cohesion between planning and design, emphasizing urban road space design and improving the design of road section and intersection.
