城市绿色基础设施网络构建与规划模式研究

摘要: 绿色基础设施是自然生命支持系统,由自然、半自然及人工设计的相互连接的绿色空间,以及生态化的灰色基础设施共同组成。枢纽中心和连接廊道是绿色基础设施的空间组成要素,需要借助GIS等工具,结合相关生态标准进行识别,并通过生态评估和风险评估确定优先保护或恢复级别。绿色基础设施规划要以“目标导向+问题导向”的综合导向,加强公众参与和效益分析,提高评价方法的科学性,多层次制定规划导则与标准。

Abstract: Green infrastucture is a natural life-support system which is composed of three types of interconnected green spaces that are natural, semi-natural and artificial design, and ecological gray infrastructure. Green infrastucture has two integral elements, hub and corridor, which need identifying by GIS and other tools according to the relevant ecological criteria and determining the priority level of protection or restoration through ecological assessment and risk assessment. Green infrastucture planning should take goal-oriented and problem-oriented as the comprehensive guideline, encourage the public participation, strengthen the benefit analysis, make the evaluation method more scientific and establish the planning guideline and standard on various levels.
