基于“创新街区”理念的产业园区发展模式研究

摘要: 在转型发展的大背景下，上海市各类传统产业园区也纷纷走上转型之路。旨在创新街区理念的指导下，遵循产业园区演进规律，以深入探讨适合创新转型时期的产业园区发展模式为目的，从功能定位、公共空间、公服配套等多方面入手，充分运用案例借鉴分析、需求调研等研究方法和手段，以期打造“功能复合、公共创新、空间开放、精准配套”的产业园区。总结出未来产业园区的发展势必要依托多种创新主体、提供创新平台，重视第三空间和街道空间营造，以功能混合与步行适宜为原则进行公服设施配置，形成与区域发展相匹配的产业园区发展格局。
Abstract: In the context of transformation and development, various traditional industrial parks in Shanghai are moving towards transformation. Under the guidance of the concept of Innovation District and the evolution of industrial parks, this paper starts from discussing the function orientation, public spaces, and public services, and then makes use of case studies and demand research to create an industrial park with complex functions, innovative and open spaces, and appropriate supporting facilities. This paper concludes that the development of industrial parks in the future will inevitably rely on a variety of innovation subjects and the provision of innovation platforms, so that we should attach importance to the third spaces and the street spaces, and arrange public service facilities based on the principle of mixed-function and walkability to construct a development road for industrial parks matching regional development.
