Technologies and Cities: General Smart City Technologies Promote City Resilience

摘要: 评估第四次工业革命背景下出现的一系列泛智慧城市技术在城市发展运行过程中的作用,对于科学理性认知技术与城 市多主体之间的关系,进而引导未来技术发展与城市规划设计、建设和治理的协调发展至关重要。聚焦新型冠状病毒肺炎 (COVID-19,以下简称“新冠肺炎”)疫情期间泛智慧城市技术的具体应用情况,通过多渠道资料进行相关案例的系统性 搜集,对不同类别、不同服务主体的10种核心技术的主要应用情况进行归纳总结,最终评估其在提升城市韧性等方面的具 体作用,并提出问题与展望。

Abstract: To scientifically and rationally understand the relationship between technologies and multiple objects of cities and promote the harmonious relationship between technological development and urban planning, construction and governance, it is of vital importance to evaluate the role of a series of general smart city technologies under the background of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the process of urban development and operation. This paper focuses on the specific application of general smart city technologies during the period of COVID-19 epidemic, systematically collects relevant cases through multi resources, summarizes the application of ten kinds of technologies in different categories, different service objects and finally evaluates their specific roles, problems and prospects in promoting city resilience.
